FRBH exists to advance Occupational Psychological Hazard Protection across trauma-exposed public safety professions. The FRBH National Standard is published without charge. General implementation support is available without charge. No organization has to become a customer of FRBH to benefit from the work. That model is intentional.

Maintaining and advancing the FRBH National Standard through field learning, stakeholder participation, public comment, and continued development.

Maintaining the National Technical Assistance Center, Ask FRBH™, implementation guidance, tools, and educational resources available to organizations without charge.
☑ Public Safety Access:
Helping ensure that departments and agencies can access the Standard and general implementation resources regardless of size, geography, or financial capacity.
☑ National Field Development:
Advancing shared understanding of Occupational Psychological Hazard Protection across public safety disciplines.
Independence Matters
Financial support does not purchase influence over the National Standard, conformity determinations, or FRBH governance. The requirements of the Standard are not determined by who funds the institution. Contributions support FRBH's mission and institutional capacity. They do not confer preferential access, endorsement, recognition, or any determination of organizational conformity.
A Public-Interest Model
FRBH's work is built around a simple principle: the ability to strengthen organizational protection should not depend on the ability to purchase access to a standard. Support from individuals, foundations, organizations, and other mission-aligned contributors helps sustain that commitment.
